Program includes 3 full body lifts (weekly), updated monthly and received on Running The Extra Miles app. Included are exercises targeting running specific muscles as well as other core essential exercises.

Running Online Program

Offered are customizable training templates for 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon distances, allowing you to select training days, cross-training days, a preferred start date, and more. These templates are not tailored programs; for a more specific plan, consider the 1:1 run coaching service.

$49-89/month (USD)

**Enrolling/purchasing in an online program provides access to communication with me regarding general questions. However, if you have specific questions or need alterations, then I advise you engage in my 1-1 performance coaching program.
